Fantilli would be a big add. No trading him. Any offer would have to knock the socks of Mgmt.

Demko don’t have to be that level good to turn things around for Canucks. Among the D and structure issues it was obvious goaltending was a huge problem this season.

But resting Demko more of remaining games now his confidence is back would be good for the tank. Just good to know next season there could be a difference.

It’s like that in the West especially Pacific that teams slide off that were supposed to do well. Others go up in this volatility. I don’t see next season as different. It’s just as possible Canucks and Flames could do better and Krak or Kings have a set back.

As of today, yeah, I'd take Petey. I also think he has more growth in him. Matthews is a great player, but I think Petey will be the more complete player over their careers.

Cheeky aside, Petey also has a way better points per game in the playoffs.

I have been eating 4 a day for almost two weeks. Plus my regular food. Plus a 6 pack a day in my bid to hit 200 lbs. Im not gaining anything. Bullpoop.
