I’m decided Garland has to go before Boeser. Eat the extra 1.7m cap on Boeser. Nothing comes from Garland than the zone entrances other than perimeter play. Play dies on his stick too often. Boeser sure is off on his shooting but can snipe better than Garland. Boeser has more to give when Garland doesn’t.
