Since the trade deadline, 5 trades have been made, 4 of them involved some player named Future Considerations. He seems to be a pretty highly sought after player.

A great potential trade chip for VAN, seeing how nobody wants any of their other forwards outside EP.
- VanHockeyGuy

I doubt they will be able to afford him, so the only choice would be to trade him.

Good. At least it protects them from making another signing mistake.

Kuzmenko looks like he’s fun to be around, he acts like a kid in a candy shop especially when he scores and he loves to score, who else was like that, bure? Great signing he was. Just a little positivity into the thread.

Agreed. Need guys like that to make the rink fun, can't have grumps like JTM only

The Canucks on the cusp of breaking another NHL record!!

Worst penalty kill percentage in a single season. Just 0.1% away from the record.

Come on boys, you can do it! We’re number one! We’re number one!

They should be able to find a highly coveted college or European free agent to take his place.

As long as they are scoring shorthanded goals, the lack of being good on the PK is irrelevant.

Beauvillier has done well here. Can't see why he'd be a trade chip?

So exciting!! A true team effort which is much more important than those selfish, individual awards.
It's great being a Canucks fan!!

Interesting factoid; the Canucks hold three spots in the top 10 all time.

Three separate decades, three completely different teams. No other team can make that claim. As a franchise, the Canucks are uniquely terrible. An outlier. Spectacular in their underachieving.

Why do we continue this cycle of self harm?

That needs to be axed. Should do as Baseball where you get to pick at a later date a player off a list that was agreed upon.

Ryan Kennedy: Some good news for the NHL Draft has come to light. Sault Ste Marie’s Andrew Gibson was expected to return Friday night after missing two months due to an injury. Gibson is expected to be one of the top defensemen taken in the 2023 draft.

Lots of forward depth, he's playing great, has a good contract and is under team control. Would be a great piece to move to address more pressing issues on the squad.

I know, I watched 2 periods of the game.

If he is expected to be one of the top D taken in this draft, I would suggest trading the 1st and all the 3rds and 4ths for as many other D taken in other drafts as possible.

Gibson is a long term project.

Another big game this morning at 10, with Red Wings taking on the Bruins.

Bruins snap out of their 1 game losing streak with a 5-2 victory.
