Greg Roman. You know the guy that everyone hated here was his OC.

Several of the Ravens WR have spoken out against Baltimore and their scheme and not playing to players strengths.

You're pulling last years stats when the Ravens traded away his weapons and their offense was just Jackson and Mark Andrews.

Example A. What he did today. That screams immaturity. He literally posted it as harbough said lamar was the Qb for next year.

He has also done a lot of stuff over the last year via social media

You really want an immature selfish player as the face of your franchise?

Again. See jack Eichel and his situation here. It’s very similar and toxic.

His own teammates called him out for not playing last year and he gave up on the team

Toxic and immature and give him 250 mill

Sounds like a terrible idea. I would pass it in the ravens

- Sabretooth9

Explain how that I’m any way shape or form is immature?

It’s business.

But we know, guys like Lamar aren’t allowed to do what’s best for them

IM kinda surprised Atlanta wasnt a player figure hes better than marriotta and what they put out there and won 7 games.
- hubie

Oh they’re a player I’d imagine. They just won’t dole out a fully guaranteed deal because the owners are acting in unison against that since the Watson deal

The Bills are trying to trade for Hopkins, the Chiefs surrounded Mahomes with weapons all over the place (and scheme the others very well)...the Ravens? Well the best we can do for you is Nelson Agholor

I can see both sides of this part. Even with all the other stuff on this list, Lamar Jackson is a more valuable player to his team than Watson is, so I don't blame him for wanting to be paid as such. However, again, the Watson deal, trade and all, was an historically stupid deal, and this isn't being considered on his end. And that's where representing yourself gets messy.
- buffalofan19

all I can think of is le'veon bell

turned down 2 year deal worth 30 mil from steelers
refused to sign 14.5 mil franchise tag
turned down 60 mil deal from steelers

left money on table and reduced his pension by 1 year

letter to my Fans

I want to first thank you all for all of the love and support you consistently show towards me. All of you are amazing and I appreciate y’all so much. I want you all to know not to believe everything you read about me. Let me personally answer your questions

in regards to my future plans. As of March 2nd I requested a trade from the Ravens organization for which the Ravens has not been interested in meeting my value, any and everyone that’s has met me or been around me know I love the game of football and my dream is to help a team win the super bowl. You all are great but I had to make a business decision that was best for my family and I. No matter how far I go or where my career takes me, I’ll continue to be close to my fans of Baltimore Flock nation and the entire State of Maryland. You’ll See me again

If you had to win a playoff game today, how many qbs are you taking over him? You're glossing over the rest of the man's work. He is a made man in this league in the prime of his career.

Mahomes
Allen
Burrow
Hurts
Rodgers (yes I know he sucked last year)
Herbert

Than probly Lamar. I am forgetting someone. Brady just retired. He would be on that list also.

Jim Harbaugh claiming a player who isn’t under contract is going to be the day 1 starter, after knowing Lamar requested a trade weeks earlier is “just business”

Was waiting for 40 YO Rodgers who “is a me only guy” is better than Lamar.

somehow Aaron Rodgers refusing to work with teammates, going off doing his own thing and making the world wait on him. Publicly criticizing his teammates on and off the field He’s cool he’s good.

Lamar Jackson going to Twitter to say he has requested a trade, but he is thankful to all his fans and appreciates everyone, not cool

Well, sure..... that was a completely different scenario. He was at a position that doesn't (usually) get that kind of money. And you could be right and Jackson is asking for more than he is worth. But I don't think anyone can call him selfish. It is a business and way worse quarterbacks (premium position) are making way more than him. Why wouldn't he want to get paid?

There is no way that Rodgers or Brady would be picked to play a playoff game over Jackson. You could make a case for Brady if he was playing for a team that could protect him. Rodgers? Not a freaking chance.

Daniel Jones hasn’t throw for more touchdowns than games played over the past 3 years but had no issue getting paid

Average yards per attempt is 8th (Josh Allen was 21st that season), yards per game is 13th on a team that doesn't pass much.

I never said he was selfish

I only posted what was out there

but if they were offering him top 3 qb money along with wilson and watson at the time then why hold out just because watson got a little more?

People don’t realize that burrow, Herbert and Hurts are also going to get ungodly contracts when their time is up because that’s just how NFL QB contracts work.
The only difference is they will have an agent negotiating new record guaranteed money instead of themselves.

The next man up becomes the highest paid.

I think it is somewhere in the middle

The Ravens really botched this, Lamar though would have been better off with an agent.

if you had 1 game to play, must win

who would you take, allen or jackson?

mahomes or jackson?

hurts or jackson?

burrow or jackson?

herbert or jackson?

IMO jackson is in the lump of other guys with trevor, murray, cousins, dak, goff

wilson/watson if they rebound

fields will the be interesting guy now that he has weapons

agreed

an agent could have explained watson's deal was an outlier and take the money
