Thanks to the Vegas win last night, there is still no sweeps in the 2025 playoffs. The most rounds in playoff history without four game sweeps, is four. That last happened in 2020.
What do the Leafs need to do to get it done tonight. Obviously a bigger cushion then two goals. Woll isn't exactly a Wall in net.
Toronto needs to come out with the speed and offensive prowess they had in game three and the finish of game two.
Seven times in the expansion era, the defending champion has comeback from down 2-0 to win a series. Panthers have never comeback from trailing a series 2-0. The Leafs have found some gold in the Max line, Pacioretty and Domi are working well together, offence and toughness. Definitely will need to announce their presence with authority tonight, to go home up 3-1.
