NEW PODCAST: Canadiens Connection episode 318

The Montreal Canadiens have a home-friendly schedule to start the season throughout the month of October. They play seven home games and four away games. The schedule should allow them to bank points early in the season. It hasn't worked out that way so far.

On a brand new episode of the Canadiens Connection podcast, we evaluate individual player performances five games into the Montreal Canadiens season in an early edition of 5 Up, 5 Down.

We discuss injury news on Kaiden Guhle, Mike Matheson, Juraj Slafkovsky, Jayden Struble and Rafael Harvey-Pinard. In addition, we examine everything that happened in the first five games of the regular season including several fascinating quotes from Canadiens Executive VP, Hockey Operations, Jeff Gorton. And we conclude the show with comments, texts, and emails from you, our loyal Canadiens Connection listeners.

We welcome the HockeyBuzz audience to episode 317 of our seventh season of the podcast.
