Maybe they should see how Joe Brady is at calling plays on Offense, he has some experience at it. Offense can't seem to find any consistency and that is on the players to with stupid penalties, dropped balls, horrible Oline play and a QB that has missed some throws and turned the ball over. Josh Allen is are QB and a All- Pro but he has never gone 2 games in a row without a Turnover. Something isn't right on the Offensive Side of the Ball, very blah.

The offense has just looked out of sync all season. Something is going on and it’s just getting old at this point.

The Bills need to go all in on the offense.

Get a good WR and another O line. go all in on the offense.

The defense has way too many holes to fill.

- Sabretooth9

They need a new OC, and a QB coach.
This Offensive design is horrible, putrid, discussing.

Bringing in another WR that Josh will ignore won't help any.

Saw a lot of push back online in response to people blaming Dorsey and McD, putting the blame on the players and Allen specifically.

For those people, what is their solution?

Move on from Allen?

Since that is not happening, what is the alternative?

If they're not signing the divorce papers on Allen, the other move is to make coaching changes.

I don't think he would ignore him if he showed a consistent ability to catch the ball.

Didn't he throw to Beasley a lot before Beasley became shot?

Players playing better, plenty of blame to go around everywhere. It's not just bad playcalling, Players need to look in the mirror to, they have caused a lot of this themselves. A lot of drives have been killed by Stupid penalties and dropped or bad throws.

Surprised no one has said anything about that Stevenson play on that last drive. Guess we got a taste of a non call to. Jesus Andrew's was 12yrds down the field, that 35yrd play should have never counted.

You're right on the above, but if they continue to play this way through the rest of the season, what's the solution after the season?

A player like Allen is not usually the one who gets fired.

Not saying to get rid of Allen, he's just off right now. Could be how Dorsey is calling his offense, or maybe Josh's shoulder is a bit worse then we know. For the most part he is pretty accurate with his throws. He was off yesterday be it high, low to the side and his deep balls. He could be throwing differently since the Giants 2nd Qtr when he hurt it. Maybe they are trying to control him to much with not running him as much and doing the things that helped him. Lots of factors, but the Offense needs to look at themselves from Coaching to players and say hey! We are F@cking this thing up with are mental mistakes, time to man up.

”I was a Tampa Bay Lightning, and we were playing in Buffalo. It was my second year in Tampa with John Tortorella as the coach, and we were on a tough stretch. We had missed the playoffs by a ton, we play Buffalo, and they had a good team back then. We had a four-goal lead heading into the third. And we just lay an egg. We end up losing, and we come back to the dressing room, and Torts is just going bananas. He’s flipping garbage cans; he’s throwing sticks.”
”In Buffalo, they have these buffalo wings in the dressing room after, and they’re unbelievable. You could see all the guys; we all looked around the room like, ’Oh God, don’t dump the buffalo wings. Please, don’t do it.’ But sure enough, after he threw a couple of sticks and garbage cans, he was just about to leave the room, and boom, he dumped the buffalo wings all over the dressing room. He leaves the room, and we all just look around at each other like, ’Okay, who’s going to be the first guy who picks up that buffalo wings off the floor?’ I got to be honest; I dusted them off and had a couple of buffalo wings. But man, when he dumped those chicken wings — the look on those guys’ faces — we were more upset about that than blowing a four-goal lead in the third period.”

A chilly Monday morning Atlantic outlook:

1st place:

- Look at how much time Boston needs to recover losing Bergeron and Krejic and have new guys move up the lineup and fill roles up to a winning standard.

2nd place:

Detriot traded/signed players that wouldn't help Buffalo. The offense is a machine and no one can name anybody on their defense but its holding its own.

3rd place:

- Ottawa, again another team that doesn't appreciate holding onto all their draft picks/prospects. When will they learn it's not a winning formula.

4th place:

- Toronto's new tough guys under the microscope of Leaf nation look like ballerina's. The defensive side of the puck needs improvement.

5th place:

- Tampa is struggling without their goalie, to me that shows how important that position is in a run and gun style team.

6th place:

- Montreal, Newhook was worth every penny and then some. Bad news on Dach, they make games competitive though, Caufield is growing into the guy.

7th place:

- The panthers offense is clicking, losing their top 2 dmen is revealing. Ekman-Larsson seems to be fitting in nicely.

8th place:

- Buffalo's new system is taking time for the group. Slow starts to games have hurt them so far, their home game woes have continued from last season. Big week for the team, the goaltending question could be the straw that breaks the camels back if not answered. Greenway and Mittlestat have shown to be carrying the load for the team so far.

Isn't poor performance by players on Offense ultimately the responsibility of the OC?

If not, then who (beside the players).
What's different from when Dabold had it?

McDermott isn't going anywhere. Pegula won't fire him, and I doubt Beane would either even if Pegula would let him. Dorsey will be the scapegoat at the end of the year.

Daboll had his issues too. It wasn't like the Bills were completely dominant all through that 2021 season. They were just red-hot at the end. They're going to have to hope something clicks like that again this year. I'm not too mad at the defense even for letting up that last drive. They just don't have the horses anymore, and you have to live in that reality. Their offense, which is fully healthy, needs to make up for their shortcomings.

They'll never do it, but I would like to see an internal overhaul. Go 11-personnel with Diggs, Sherfield and Harty as your 3 receivers, and Kincaid as your tight end. Knox and Davis both deserve to be benched.

Inside O-line was getting killed yesterday. O-line has played good since game 1.

Josh was off yesterday. But he had no time in the pocket. Would a bootleg kick or play action kill dorsey??

Have to get josh in a rhythm. Daboll was great at that. Dorsey has no idea to string together a drive.

Coaching killed us yesterday. Pull Williams because he missed one assignment on the WR?? Would of loved that speed on the final drive

Sure, and I am not taking blame away from Dorsey. He still can't get a Offense in rhythm playcalling wise. But not his fault Josh underthrows that 1st pass. And Damn Diggs was open by 5 yards on that deep ball. And a lot of stupid mental mistake penalties. There's blame there for everyone on Offense. Let's not let Kromer of the hook either, that Oline needs to be more consistent.
