Trying to understand what peterka is and where he fits on this team. Big time world championship but so far this year I just don't see it

These are questions that adams needs to answer and all these kids wont have a roster spot here with the kids in rocha knocking on the door. The middle 6 should be upgraded and time keeps ticking burning value on some of these guys

unheard of to have 2 d men picked 1 overall (dahlin and power) looking so blah in their own end

pretty much everyone but clifton is a 1st rd pick

no chemistry in the pairings at all

Ones 23 and the other is about to be 21. They've got a long ways to go before they reach there full potential.

I don't think the D have loooked bad. Just havent looked great by any means. Improvement on last year for sure. Just some early season lapses/stupid mistakes. Couple guys learning new system. Powers improving on his first few games. It'll come together more.

Samuelsson could of taken his head out of his a$$ your right. Up 5-1 early in the season I dont expect them to be perfect. When thats happening in February-March then we have a problem.

Overall they've improved(As a group) and they haven't even been nearly as good as we expect. They'll put it together more, I believe.

Then we're insane. Look at Comrie on WPG vs BUF, it's very clear how bad our defense is:

WPG: 19GS 2.58GA and .920SV%
BUF: 19GS 3.67GA and .886SV%


So remember, if you do trade for a goalie, look at their save percentage and subtract about .03 and add 1GPG, as this will give you their approximate percentage here. Don't believe me? Same happened with Hutton. The fact of the matter is we are swiss cheese defensively and until that changes, the reincarnation of the Dominator wouldn't change the outcomes here.
