Time for Levi to head to the minors. I still think he will be great but he needs to learn the pro game.

I think we have to run with UPL and commie.

They won’t do that. But I agree. He will have ups and downs like every other nhl goalie

Adams’ long game has been nearly perfect and what has led me to give him the benefit of the doubt.

But if he doesn’t start making the right decisions now to spur positive change in the present, he will go the way of Botterill, and won’t be here to see his good decisions bear fruit.

You could fire Adams tomorrow yet:

-Tage and Power will have two of the best contracts in the league with Dahlin and Cozens locked up long term on contracts they will exceed despite being closer to market value.

-Aside from the obvious in Power; Benson, Quinn, Peterka, Kulich, Savoie, Rosen and Levi is an incredible haul of young talent. His mid round picks show a lot of promise of suiting up for NHL games here or elsewhere.

That’s the truth.

His problems being addressing the depth of the roster which should be the easier part of the profession is the irony.

His loyalty to his coaching staff in a season that is still ripe for the taking even despite the start they have had could be the downfall despite the holes in the roster.

Keep them away from this clown show. The coach will have them play 4 minutes a game

My sauce sent me this info late last night:

- after the media left, the doctor came into the locker room and removed Cozens nose bandage…it all makes sense now why he is wearing that bubble, the guys in the locker room are saying it’s a weird vibe with his new look:

Rewatched that last period, Jesus Christ maybe if Girgensons shaves the Beaver of his face he might see Wilson standing next to him as that tying goal goes in.

Wilson, trucked Power, put Greenway in his place and beat the greatest defensive forward in the game to tie the game up.

The Sabres have no answer for skilled gritty players.

Nope, and nothing coming in the system. Was hoping Nadeau might become a lesser version of that. But doesn't look like his skating is where it needs to be.

Henrik on what he misses the most about playing: I miss the pressure and expectation of playing well.

That's the kind of veteran leader the Sabres need.

Should have brought in Hathaway, atleast he can somewhat play and wouldn't trip over the Blueline 5 times a game.

He’s wrong.

It’s easy to get caught up in the oversupply of potential. It’s easy to assume talent will prevail. It’s easy to say, building the bottom of the roster will be quick and simple.

The easy road leads to the golf course in spring.

This team is desperate for passion/muscle/leadership. The easy way avoids the dirty game, which is where the wins are found.

Some of these decisions could warrant a blog.

@CMDeDominicis
So we’re at Thanksgiving. Adams and Granato are at a pivotal point of making decision:

- Benson stay or go?
- Levi stay or demoted?
- Admit Ryan Johnson is better than the 2 free agents you signed?
- Admit 28/21 lost steps and are holding back from icing their best lineup?
- Do they think Pat Kane is solving their problems at forward?
- When are Kulich and Rosen going to get a chance to see if they can help like Benson and Johnson have?
