I’d rather just keep lambert for now and lose both him and Lou at the end of the year. Start from scratch. Most likely won’t happen but would be totally on board with it.

Maybe true, however it is only costing Isles money right now. It is worth a shot.

Because people will be upset when they find out he's just bottom pairing guy that moves the puck decently well and probably not much more. Islander fans will be shocked that a guy who another team didn't even want and we got for free isn't a star.

And I'm not knocking the move, I liked it. But he'll turn the puck over and it'll lead to a goal and people will act shocked as if we were promised something better

I’m not saying I do or don’t think it happened but you best believe the league, the team, anyone involved in this sport will deny it to the media because if it did indeed happen it’s not only a black eye for the sport, Bedard is the future Sidney Crosby of the league and to have this following him around his whole career…
