I hear what you’re saying and hope you’re right. But I will say the core players were two-three years younger, we had Ebs, Leddy, Toews, Bailey was still decent, and their defensive team structure was so much better. Let’s see how they respond tonight. Can’t get any worse.

Don’t think Toews and Ebs were there Barry’s last year. Regardless my opinion (which means absolutely nothing) is the guys don’t believe in this guy and what he’s preaching. When things aren’t going well the coach is suppose to be there to help right the ship an get the team back on track.

No they weren’t there his last year but I’m pretty sure Lou had the roster spent close to the cap. Regardless I think we need to get younger in the bottom six, which should help with speed. I’m open to a coach change too.

Everytime Gauthier gets the puck, I have flashbacks of Oleg Kvasha

Yeah, I don’t get how the Lee hook is called and that assault isn’t. The inconsistency of NHL reffing in a nutshell.

The hook guided his head into the boards. By the letter of the law the refs might not call that, but I wouldn't have complained if they had

Mayfield’s stick was around his neck.
I thought it was a penalty but you’re the ref.

Awful. I hate the fact that we are separating Barzy and Bo here. We're practically eliminating Barzal as a threat

At least he’s consistent.
