- Sabretooth9 Bottom line is, did they win games? The answer is no. And if it wasn't for Sean McDumass, they would win by a much higher margin. They lost so many games this season because of his play calling.

You would think by now with the past history of never beating the Kraken, that Donnie Boy would come up with a coaching strategy to at least make the game interesting. This is on Pegula for not shelling out the big bucks and getting a coach with some experience. Almost 20 years of top 1st round picks and the Sabres still have nothing to show for it. WTF! |

More moves would need to be made for the Team right know and even doing this Deal the Sabres still have the assets to improve without hurting there future. Plus your adding future Bonk in these deals. If Bonk, Strbak hit in 3yrs you could have a hell of a Dcore with Ryan Johnson and Novikov in there. Could probably move Samuelsson for a needed piece at that time.

They need to bring on competent management because they absolutely cannot ruin another group of good players by being totally incompetent with surrounding those good players with proper support, both on the ice and with quality coaching.
If Adams brought this trade to me, I'd fire him.
They cannot trade a now player for 2 to 3 seasons down the road futures.
If they're going to do that, just trade all the good players for futures and move the team to Mars. |
