Really F@cked the Pooch here 39, atleast Eichel waited a couple years to quit. Better change it quickly. IMO if they don't we are looking at 2-3yrs again as more good players leave or ask out.

I think the Signal that Adams apparently is once again missing is who are these fragile players and from them, who needs to be shipped out. Gotta have players who pushback hard as their internal response, rather than wilt. We heard from the players directly that they were gripping their sticks too tightly...I can get that from a couple of newbies ... But it looks like it has infected a large number of these guys. Figure it out and ship them out.
