No consistency to the lineup, like some of the things you mention above. Granato is almost becoming as bad as Blysma was at rotating players between lines. Set your lines and let them play, your bottom 3 should be the only ones your juggling right know.

Just sick of hearing so many repeat how great these contracts are when they are some of the absolute worst in the NHL.

Dahlin at $11m is a joke. He isn’t even a top-5 defenseman and to call him top-10 right now is a reach.

Power at $8m when he has done literally nothing to justify it. Literally nothing.

Thompson at $7 for one season where he was a 60-point player - and no one expected 45/45/90 from him then and I don’t again.

Cozens at $7m for one 60-point season.

Samuelsson at $4m to be constantly injured and suck.

Jost, Bryson and Comrie all over $1m just to be waived because they suck.

Okposo, Girgensons extended despite neither producing at a pace to justify it, or bringing a winning mentality or anything other than not being a defensive black hole like:

Olofsson at $4.5 to be scratched and suck but sometimes he scores a few goals?

Clifton at $3.3 to blow chunks?

None are great. Some were necessary. Unfortunately, the agents held all the power, No one wants to come here and Adams could not afford to lose any of the big guys so he caved and overpaid.

Taking Quinn out of this discussion due to the severity of his injury… Cozens and Thompson were terrible before their injuries. Coming off career highs and heightened expectations… they failed miserably… as did Tuch and most every player on this team outside of Benson and maybe Skinner and Casey

Cozens had 7pts in his first 11 games, he wasn't failing miserably. And Tage has a history of starting off years slower, he had no goals in his first 7 games last year and still made 94. Tuch is injured and playing injured...
