Adams has missed some huge signals to help his Team, atleast 3.
1- Early part last year Sabres were hurting bad with D injuries, sat on his hands
2- TDL gotta learn how to use the plethora of Assets as what they are right know, especially if you aren't gonna play any of them, as Assets. He missed again
3- This past off-season while not overrun with High End Talent in FA, well there was plenty of what we did Need. Quality Bottom 6 players who could have really helped this team move forward, and could have brought better leadership and some much needed Grit. Plus a few D that would have helped better than the crap he brought in.

Cozens with the empty netter for the win but he was directly responsible for Ottawa's 2nd and 3rd goals. Ever since he got punched out by Hathaway, Cozens has looked lost. Hopefully this empty netter gets him going.

It is simply a lack of dedicating oneself to do so the coach needs to extract that dedication by selling the associated benefits of doing so on and individual basis and team basis...and on-ice leadership is required to apply peer pressure to conform or get the F out.
