Those people you call turds basically laid it out for you and it's basically has come true. But it's miserable around here, why don't you try blaming the Team cause it probably isn’t if they hadn't done such a great job of making It miserable.

Didnt realize winning 2 games in a row was the equivalent to other teams winning the Stanley cup.

One of the teams we beat (Montreal) it was referred to by some of their fans and media as “rock bottom”

I Hope Adams is realizing that he can't complete his Team from just Drafting! Sabres need some pieces that aren't in the system or won't atleast be here for 3yrs or so. It's time for Adams to take that next Huge step for him and go outside the Walls and find the pieces to complete his Team. Goaltending while shaky at certain times seems to be rounding out and let's see where it goes. We still need
1- Top 3-4 RD who can skate and plays a Gritty D game. We need to start clearing our Net.
2- Top 9 who can get Mean when needed but can pop 20-25 goals and give me 200 Hits(Lawson Crouse) type. Sabres desperately Need this type of player, he would help some of these players play with how do we put it "Walnuts"
3- Leadership with a Winning Pedigree, probably 2 of them. Take some Sh!t but I would try very Hard for Stamkos! Might not be who he was but he still at a PPG pace and he's not bad on the Dot.
Sabres IMO with the Talent on the Team and what they have in there system are very Close. Adams needs to See that Big Crossed Swords signal in the Sky. He can't Miss it again or we are gonna just repeat the cycle and watch Hockey Players leave and flourish elsewhere.

- Buff36

I just want him and Donny to admit that Greenway is nothing more than a Larry and actually give Olofsson a chance with Casey and Benson. For now. That’s a small step in the right direction

Good thing they play 82 games.

All I know is, if they do end the drought like I think they are capable of doing staying true to my word, all the people who have been mocking my “top 5 front office” and “it’s still early” takes better run for cover.

Top 5 front office lol making a miracle run after flat out sucking for half the season isn't top 5 front office. All the key players having career years and failing to capitalize on it with a playoff berth isn't top 5 front office, in fact it speaks negatively on them

Im rooting for ya I really am and I will gladly eat all the poop if you're right about making the playoffs. Hell ill buy you and boss a hotel room so you can celebrate all your top 5 moments together

Your top 2 Centers are signed for a shade over $14M combined for the next 6 and a half years.

Remember that as you see all of the contracts that trickle in over the next several months starting with Willy Nylanders $11.5M on Monday.

Benson, Quinn, Peterka, Tuch, Greenway make up over half of your top 9 forward group with Kulich, Savoie, Ostlund waiting in the wings.

Clifton’s 9 assists lead the team since the beginning of December, and if Donnie Meatstick broke up the Dahlin-Samuelsson pairing 35 games ago like the analytics told him too, I wonder how better off our d-corps would have been.

The Sabres are where they are today because of horrendous special teams and the fact they willingly sit one of their top 4 d-men in the press box a majority of the time.

All of that is on the coaching staff

Yes it's the only reason they have a 4% chance of making it, and they desperately need some teams to sh!t the Bed. There's No magic pill here, they F@cked Up

Has Cozens proven he's gonna be a 2C yet, still a lot to prove there. And it's more than just Special Teams, it's the Willingness to compete. I will give you the Coaching Staff but it's more than just them.

the last 7 games for the sabres, has been their best stretch of the season

4-2-1 during those games

of course quinn came back 8 games ago and jost was removed from the roster

imagine where we would be if adams got that one upgrade for the top 9 during the summer when he knew quinn was out and greenway would then now be on the 4th line

he put up 68 points and 31 goals last year playing less than 16 and a half minutes per game

so this shows he can easily be a productive number 2 center

why meatball changed their game plan up front, I will never understand

Yeah he shows the potential, but definitely some questions raised this year.

It’s silly to measure one off a career year:

10 points in his past 7 games.

Getting back to his old self now that the brace is off his wrist.

Once Cozens wakes up from his mid-season nap we’re off to the races

I don't really keep score of this stuff. You're thinking this is a top 5 front office and putting this performance on the coaches?
