They ticketed hundreds of people Sunday where there was little to no or normal snow then lifted the ban in the worst areas to get shovelers to the stadium while keeping everywhere else locked down. I had 4in of snow Monday morning.

I left for work today with a foot of snow on the road and whiteout conditions as bans trickled in reactively

It is what it is and it looks really (frank)in stupid

Think that Blizzard last year scared the Sh!t out of them, and they overreacted in some instances and they looked like idiots. And it screwed up what they did for this One. Most areas should have been prepared for this storm, I mean all the Equipment was already in place cause they were just finishing up from the Weekend.

the ban was lifted to shovel so the ban is probably lifted for practice

This morning poloncarz reminded us that erie County is roughly the same size as Rhode Island and some areas have little to no snow. Word for word as the reason why travel bans weren't implemented on a wider scale
