No. Look at voting patterns for all racial groups in the country. All minority groups vote majority blue. All of them. Whites are the only voting block that will vote either way, but generally vote Red, by a wide margin.

Why do you think the "demographics is destiny" crowd is so pro-migration from the 3rd world? One of the reasons is to turn every state blue. Texas is turning blue in the very near future due to mass migration - more Hispanics than Whites in Texas now. The US is becoming a one party, communist country, unless something drastic happens.
