It's not time. The time was last summer. He couldn't get anything done and made things worse with his fall back decisions.

I think practice (and they really don't practice much) pales in comparison to playing games.

For forwards and defense, I agree. That's why it's important for Benson to keep getting game time.

For tenders, practice is what makes perfect IMO. I don't work on my power leg slides during a game, as an example. There's a lot more shots in practice and I think that's the difference. Forwards are practicing without the worry of the opposition a lot, goalies job is the same regardless of setting.

Well I truly understand that, kinda why I said what I did. First one to say there off-season was over by July 10th, IMO he's missed 3 signals and here we go. He's not going anywhere so we need to hope the Light goes on in that Brain.

I don't think many people know he was a 1st rounder and took so long to stick as a 4th liner. Seems like there's a hometown illusion surrounding his career.

Since when did soreness allow you to miss practice and games?

Meatball says Cozens and others throughout the season miss time due to soreness...what a soft bunch, and what a dork of a coach.

for example:

Erik Johnson is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Samuelsson, Skinner and Cozens are still considered day-to-day.

Jokiharju was an extra at practice because he’s dealing with soreness. May not be able to play vs. Tampa Bay.
