Pizza was gone after the first 200 people went through. People fighting over Granola Bars and 5 blend cheese flavor Hot Pockets! Couldn't even get Pepperoni.

Do not agree at all.

Everyone romanticized the past.

Look at the reality, which is the sheer size and athletic ability of LeBron.

He's a mountain that moves like a cheetah.

Could the Detroit of old cheapshotted LeBron to frustration? Sure.

He would have administered beatings himself due to his size.

- kingcong39

“cheap shots” were just called “fouls” back then. But, I imagine Lebron would’ve been alright playing that way if he was of that era.
He just comes off as a Diva to me.

You know Rat, my Buddy owns a landscaping business. Has contracts with Banks and a few Apartment Complexs. He bought 5 GreenWorks Electric Shovels for his crew to help. Cost him 800 dollars and they all came with 2 40volt Batteries so they last. Said they paid for themselves the 1st storm we had. You would think a Billionaire could afford a few and have them charged and Stationed for Use around the Stadium.

The Sabres have loaned goalie Devon Levi to the Rochester Americans.

It's an opportunity for Levi to play for the Amerks tonight against Springfield. He's expected to be back in the NHL for the California road trip.

Smart, he needs to play games. Practice is nice, but nothing like game action.

I don't look back with fondness on the Bad Boys and the Riley Knicks.

I prefer basketball to on court wrestling with scores often ending at 90 or under, but there is a happy medium, and the NBA has swung too far the other way.

On LeBron, he is a product of his environment.

At 6'9 and nearly 280 at his peak, he would've been just fine if he grew up in that Era.

He's a physical freak with an incredibly high basketball IQ.

How many players in any sport that are hyped beyond belief before turning pro actually meet the hype when they're a pro, or even exceed it?

Only two I can think of are LeBron and Tiger.

Curious how the hell that works with taxes involved.

Smart move.
I like giving the net to UPL given his recent success. Message sent...earn playing time.

Now if meathead would use the same tactic on the F and D positions

I’m actually amazed they don’t have a better plan in place to deal with clearing the stadium. it’s not like a big snow storm is a rare occurrence there.
The “maybe the storm will miss us” preparation plan...

They're 1099 "employees"...the "employee" is responsible for paying their own taxes. I think there is a floor of income before it has to be reported to the IRS...$600 comes to mind, but I could be very much wrong.

1099 miscellaneous labor
Each person will get a 1099 from the Bills for the little bit of money they earn. No withholding or any of that. Employee considered a self employed contractor. Such a small amount of money paid, most will just be tossed in the trash and nothing will ever come of it.

I was kidding, that's why it took so long. You actually had to fill out paperwork. It gets mailed to you, NY still gets there fingers on it.

Torts interview yesterday on the deadline

“There’s going to be some people upset come deadline when we have to make some moves here bc of where we’re at in the process…We’re talking about where guys fit age wise/contracts…u can’t fall in love bc if u do it’s gonna set u back.”

Adams is literally the opposite of what you need for a GM.

Sounds to me like exactly what Adams is doing lol.

Philly selling at the deadline while being in a playoff spot, imagine if Adams did that ?

I wonder about workers comp insurance coverage. “Self employed independent contractors” would be responsible for having their own workers comp insurance coverage. They must be having the “volunteers” signing waivers that they have their own personal medical insurance. Idk

Buffalo will know by 8 tonight if the road to the SuperBowl goes through Buffalo in the AFC if they continue to Win. Would think it would be a huge momentum boost to know that for tomorrow.

Yep, part of the paperwork signed. That's why people were waiting so long, the Bills were unprepared for so many showing up.
