When a player says this about a failed organization that has treated him like garbage:

“There’s really not been any communication,” he continued. “I think Kevyn knows I want to be here. I pretty much bleed Sabres colors and being with this team. My loyalty is to the guys in this room. That’s about all I’ve got right now. I love being here. I love playing here. I love the guys in this room. They’re my brothers.”

It screams red flags for me...why would a professional athlete, with elite talent - not want to get the (frank) out of here and go enjoy winning?

Skinner/Mitts - and probably a lot more have enjoyed minimal effort careers with the perks of being treated like winners. They are the virus that plagues this organization, and the current front office embraces it.

∆ This.

When KC adjusted to stopping the run, did that open up more down field patterns? Normally it does.
If so, Kincaid, Shakir and Diggs should be open down 10-15 yards or so. Get Josh rolling out to hold the LB's close to the line and unleash him on those throws.

Ahhhh well.
Go Sabres?

- IonSabres

They were dropping 9 in the box when Edward's came on as the 6th linemen, and he was in on 25% of the plays in the 2nd half. So there should have been chances for more chunks plays in the 2nd half. Buffalo needed to beat KC with there offense this time, especially with as beat up as the Bills Secondary was. McDermott slowed the game down when he needed to step on the gas.

It's another terrible leverage play by Adams...who must be in hiding again. Guy doesn't have a clue.

Maybe Adams is so confident he can sign him he's not worried about it. Would atleast think he would have reached out to the Agent though.

Interesting..yes, but doesn’t tell us anything we don’t already know. Maybe Adam’s is the only one in the dark about all this

To echo the need for changes in Buffalo:

McDerpsalot needs to go - Dungy/Gruden factor. They are where they are until a change happens at the top.

Sabres - a major change needs to happen. The "Room" will not succeed until something is done.

That, IMHO, is a major trade (not Mitts) - perhaps a controlled younger guy - Thompson? - to shake things up. To quote Crash Davis - "They are kids, scare 'em".

or, Fire the coaching staff.

Either way, something needs to be done because every game is a script that we all can write.

He is always like this, and will never change.

He cannot resist a heavy emphasis on complimentary football, as he's too in love with his defense.

Yep, McDermott Puckers when the Heat turns up. And his Defense, everyone knew he was gonna go after Klein with Kelce, Reid even admitted it. He should have thrown some fake looks at Mahomes like Klein was covering him but then drop Douglas and a Safety over the top on him. But nope Klein got all F@cked up and never got the deep help he needed. Andy even said the Bills finally adjusted, but hey after 2 TD's is a bit late.

KC also targeted Taron Johnson on running plays, a player who likely had a concussion in back to back games the prior 2 weeks.

That's savage and ruthless, and also what it takes to win it all.

Hopefully everyone has settled down from that loss.

The thing I’ve said all year …… the Bills team had too much of a roller coaster season and never leveled out or figured it out.

Basically, we knew all year something didn’t feel right or work right or something was off

And the chiefs game finally put the nail I. The coffin.

Finally an end to the most stressful and frustrating Bills season we have had in long time

The culture has been soft and broken for years and is allowed to continue. It’s loser culture. We don’t have any winners. You can’t just hire one washed up defensemen who’s had some success and expect him to transform the entire organization.
New coaching is needed that rewards effort and winning.
At least 1/3 of this roster would need to go if a culture shift is to happen

The only player I would want from Vancouver is Willander and I doubt they move him for Mittelstadt.

Yeah, I don't think Adams has any clue on Goaltending and he's shown that since he took over.
