He basically quit on the team the last 7 weeks, I would move on.
- Buff36

move on from who?

Diggs who was double teamed for most of the last half of the year?

because of the lack of a decent number 2 is why diggs gets smothered

Shakir was more of a threat the last 7 games then Davis was the first 9 and Diggs had no problems. He dropped a bunch of Balls, some very important ones to.

Shakir's success rate and separation stats seem to indicate he isn't the issue.

Gabe wasn't doing it.
Sherfield is a dud.
Harty is a punt returner and little more.
Shavers, Hamler, Shorter...don't seem to be NFL caliber options.

Before we had Sanders, Beez, Davis, McKenzie, John Brown, Diggs and the duo of Kroft + Knox. To say the caliber has went down is an understatement.

I know the drops on Sunday are the last thing people remember, but the Bills made no real effort all season to use Sherfield until Week 18. As far as I'm concerned, the jury is still out on him.

He was better on Miami, so maybe but 11 catches on 22 targets isn't good either. Being that this is his fourth team already, where he hasn't been able to stick, indicates he's at least part of the issue.

They absolutely need a draft a receiver to be an eventual #1 once Diggs moves on. Brandon Beane needs to trade up for one in the draft if need be. I doubt they can afford it in free agency.

Agreed. I just started looking at mocks to get a feel for it, they can either stand pat and probably get a decent corner or they'll reach for a WR at 28. Trading up makes sense. Legette or Mitchell could fall to us, but from what I read both are projects to some extent. They need help now.

I put the needs in this order for the offseason

1. wr
2. safety
3. dt
4. de
5. rb
6. cb
7. another safety

center on the list if they move on from morse and another young lb as well but this is when we are paying for moving that third for douglas, who I hope they extend this offseason

I miss him too buddy. Him and Tage on that bike would've been fun to see.

They should get 2 receivers: 1 in the first and then another in the 3rd or 4th.

Morse said he's back next year, I assume he would've shut his mouth if that was in the air. Good call on Douglas, was definitely our best CB after the trade. Think Tre is done? I kind of thought he was so we'd need to draft a cb higher.

Last thing...can't we just get safeties in FA? I mean Baker, Hyde, Gardner-Johnson, Whitehead, Kearse, E. Murray, Jalen Mills, Tashaun Gipson, Mike Edwards, Kyle Dugger, Xavier McKinney...lots of starters are available. Obv those are both strong and free side.

I only see 4 wr's worth a first round pick and they will probably all be gone by pick 15-18
