Ryan reaves has never been remotely decent at hockey.

He a big body that likes to fight and hit.

He just turned 37. Those guys dont trend well at his age.

Hyperbole perhaps, but I do really like what he brings. He's maybe a bit expensive. His new deal's just under 5% of the cap. But he's also starting to get old for a guy who plays like he does. He's 32 already!

There's a few guys that could be UFA's this offseason that fit our needs and there about 10yrs younger than Reeves and can add 10 to 20 goals apiece throw 150 hits, throw knuckles and actually play. Mentioned them already, I like washed thoughts but just the wrong person.
