I can’t believe the crap Pettersson gets around here - guy will finish career as the best player to wear a Canucks sweater

Has his name even been mentioned other than someone said he fell down and another said he had a bad pass? Is that too much?

This game should not define the team's playoff potential. Canucks have had the least amount of stinkers in the league. There needs to be a pattern to make Bloated's claim about this team.

You have to admit as good as this club has been reg. season there are concerns popping up. Reminds me a bit of the Flames great year a few years back and they were bounced easily early in the PO's. As it sits right now don't see this current roster deep into the PO's. But we'll see...

What are your concerns? For me it's mostly the 2nd period efforts.

Demko's glove for one. plus his GPG. PO's won't be kind if he is allowing 3-4 goals per game. And the PK. Allowed 1 shorty until recently now they are flooding in. Also RT's line juggling. Had a good formula and he changed it mid-stream. PP will be ok but the big heavy game of the PO's not sure this club is built for right now. Oh yeah and only two Canadians on the roster too lol

I think my gripe is how they are losing, not that it is a loss. Ugly performance tonight in an important game for the fans. Come out and lay an egg. Doesn't make me happy so I'm voicing my displeasure.

Hope the fanboys can deal with that.

Read a very similar comment on a different site.

Demko is also tied for league high shutouts so his goals per game are not that bad. Only 2 in the last game.. then 4/3/0... a mixed bag and 2.25 ga average in the 4 before tonight. PK has improved lately... or at least since Soucy returned. Not sure if it slipped again since his new injury. He is a beast on the PK. Two shorties in one game looks bad but aside from that, this flood hasnt happened.

Most of this stuff is just a case of adjustments. Like I mentioned before, this team has suffered less of what people are worried about than the rest of the league for the most part. People still are overreacting though.

RT talked all narrative breakers after the Canes game. Talking about how well the Canuck's played in what he felt was a playoff type game against on of the leagues hottest and best. Regardless, this team is only as good as it's last loss which is like every 8 games or so... sad.

I see it as many players are coming into their own at the same time. They are learning many details & showing resiliency. The process has gone very well & still ongoing. RT & staff have set a great foundation on structure & how to play the game. This regular season been an eye opener on so many levels with the biggest being believing & buying all in to all that has been taught & it continues. The last 31 games will be a goodly amount of games to dial it in as tight as possible.

Then it’s onto the real season…

You only come in here to complain. Not once have I seen you in here praising all the good that has happened this season. You proved it over and over, goof.

Funny how the kool aid comments make sense when the team is under achieving but you are in here trolling us with it when we are 1st oa 2/3 of the way into the season. You are a pos.

10-1-2 off to the next one, can’t win them all, just don’t go on a losing streak and they will be fine.

I’ll single out & focus on the PP. Too much talent to not be better & of the late the shorties are a bad sign.

Next up is when we lose it seems the top 2 lines look fairly invisible. Idk why that is or am I imagining it?

The PK can always get better & less of a concern for me.

No losing streaks this season so far. Knocks on wood. Don’t get too high don’t get too low. 1 game at a time.

What’s wrong with Rick’s high cheekbones? They weren’t like that last game I don’t think.
