And like today for over the last decade I didn't bother to read your bullsh1t evaluation of prospects seeing I don't recall one ever coming true. I stopped reading them years ago. Like today seeing you mentioned my name in your post I clicked it, seen it was more of your evaluations and closed it immediately and thought "No Thanks"

One thing we both have in common is we both think each other posts are useless. So cheers.

"we"? What!

I asked who was the 2nd line and then I said stats were similar and you went (frank)en crazy telling me I needed to watch the games, it's not debatable. Yeah a personal opinion is debatable. Just not your opinion.

Did I attack you in anyway by saying that I don't think it's 100% true what you said? Was I ignorant? No, not all.

I hope we get to see him for another five years @10 mil per.

I am fine if they move on from him, actually it is my preference that they do.

I don't know where all this nonsense comes from, after going through what Benning put those kids through, all the losing and mismanagement, I don't blame guys for the wait and see approach. Anyway. I'm just ignoring it and enjoying the season.
- Pacificgem

I know where it comes from but I don't worry about it. Most people think the Cap is the bible. It is just a number the NHL throws out to teams and give the loopholes to bastardize it.

What, this can't be true, after all the complements and praise you heap on Pettersson, I find this statement from you shocking.

It was the Garland and Mikheyev having the same value comment that got my response.

Nothing insulting about I have laughed at your player evaluation for a decade. I let you know then the feeling was mutual. No need to get butthurt. Put on the big boy pants and move on.

I have been fairly non-critical, this season, as I am actually enjoying this run of success, but I did complement both him and Hughes a few times this season, although not so much over the past 20 games or so, as the best players over that timeframe have been the entire 3rd line, along with Hronek and Juulsen.

Your first comment was "put down the pencil and watch the games". That's the starting point, that's you kicking it off.

You telling me to "put on my big boy pants and move on" after I responded in a similar fashion then you blowing a (frank)en gasket is even more hilarious.

He's a big Brad Marchand fan, which is right up Marchand's alley. Phil Kessel and Brad Marchand has similar career and they're asking on X if Marchand is a HHOF'er.

I have not been overly impressed TBH. I know he is a very good player but I don't like the turnovers and I think he gets easily removed off the puck. He goes down a lot.

I will wait for the backlash from everyone to point out game winners, 100 pts yada yada yada.

The interesting part about the 100 points if that if he hits 100 this year, he will be the first Free Agent in the cap era to go into contract negotiations coming off back to back 100 point seasons.

"Drop it and move on" or "I'm done reading your crap" is generally code for "I'm losing this argument and I don't know how else to respond"

Restricted free agent - only one Canuck player has ever scored 100 or more points two times while a Vancouver Canuck, Pavel Bure 110 points in 1992-93 and 107 points in 1993-94, so EP40 could be the second EVER and people want to get rid of him....you can't make this sh!t up.

I remember you giving credit when credit due a few times. I agree that praises are not deserved atm for Petey...

Hughes, well, he does just fine even when he doesnt dazzle. His game type will have it's mistakes and occasional poor coverage. Only a couple of D in the league are in his class though. All forgiven when your team wins this much and he's carrying the pressure of being captain.

Well until he hits 100 points two years in a row he still isn't. He needs 30 points in 28 games and with the playoff race it is going to get tighter to score.

Secondly there is always a first time for everything.

It has nothing to do with his play, but has everything to do with what he is asking for.
