I love that it’s a place I can say I played. Been live in a place older than Canada. Nothing special but nice for me.

There’s actually an old farmhouse on my neighbourhood that was the farmhouse dating back to 1849. A construction guy has bought it and you can tell. It’s a step by step rebuild on a solid home but it’s coming along. Last year one of those metal roofs instead of shingles was put on.

Another cool aspect of the place? No tabs… you have to pay for each drink or you don’t get it. It’s still a cash place and I love that. I don’t go out much but it’s a place I don’t mind. It’s also following the “you must serve food to serve alcohol” law by offering up small bags of chips lol

You and band are up near London eh- ever hear stories or of this band used to play bars pubs back in the mid 90’s called Generic Musk. There was a running joke after games the Knights would go after they lost because the band would chirp them and would cause absolute riots in the place. I remember going after one and sitting back just watching the singer just egg them on until it erupted…got bad when some on ice feuds were re engaged.

It's frustrating because he makes some big stops and then gives up a groaner.
