That lineup on paper looks about as optimal as it can be given the players we have.

Been saying Bertuzzi should be with Domi for months now, but figured on the 3rd line. This line freaks me out defensively, but maybe it can control play enough to work?

JT with the rookies on the 3rd line makes a lot of sense: you got a big body in McMann, JT horsing around the net, Robbie with the speed/finish, feed on lesser comp.

If Reaves can continue to just play a simple physical game, he's an upgrade over Gregor on the 4th line.

Not surprised you have this stance. You tend to always point to others teams successes as legitimate and tear down anything about the leafs. I mean, you point to the rangers going deep in the playoffs as being good over the past 30 years but you don't include the leafs doing to the same. Leafs have been to the conference finals 4 times but that's not good enough for you because it's the leafs...totally okay it's another team though.

He loves to tear down leafs fans, loves to throw subtle jabs at them.

The best thing about these last 6 games is the leafs havent had to solely rely on goaltending to get the wins. Outside of a few nice saves, I dont recall the tenders standing out much. Just doing exactly whats been asked of them. The team in front of them has been standing out.
