Idk I feel like they gave him time to reset.

But I agree it should’ve been called because it was clearly head contact.

I don't mean no goal because of goalie interference - I mean it should have been called a penalty at the point of contact.

Nice.

I’m gonna get really crazy and have a huge bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream with cool whip.

And continue to smash this 510 vape

Just another Dubas blunder.

Him or Bertuzzi? Cap wise that’s the choice. And I can’t even explain it but I’m still liking the disappointment of Bertuzzi’s season lol. Seriously, he’s gonna catch fire.

I agree.

Nothing matters but the playoffs. If Bert contributes and the Leafs go on a run, then who cares about Hyman

That was a big win there. Funny how the set new lines are working and guys like Bert etc found their stride. Hell of a game for Bert really. Funniest thing is Keefe not liking the new lines. Cant play smart guy and blender I guess.

This looks like the team we were expecting for most of the year really. Better late than never.

Hyman was not signing a 1x5.5. I was happy with him leaving for what he signed for and I am glad he is proving me wrong.

Honestly hes been gone a while now he and team moved on. Nothing sayin he would be producing like this year if he was here either. Good former player. Glad he is doing well. Movin on...

I would say in hindsight it was a mistake to let him go. They needed $3.25m to keep Hyman. Dump Kerfoot. Don't sign Mrazek. There was a way to make that work and he was a stick that stirred the drink. Even if the last 2-3 years of his 7 year deal weren't the best (which is starting to look less likely), the first 4-5 years would be and that was a big part of our time to win.

Realistically I'd rather have had Hyman than Bertuzzi or have had Bunting.

And let’s be fair, his spot is now being played by Knies. I’m okay with this lol.

Edmonton Hyman is not the same as Toronto Hyman.

Not even close.

In Toronto he was good for a whopping 1 playoff goal in each year the Leafs were in the playoffs. 5 goals in 32 playoff games as a Leaf and a playoff career -3.

In Edmonton 14 goals in 28 playoff games & a +5.

He had his chance in Toronto and wasn’t worth what Edmonton paid him when they did. He’s found money now but no guarantee and pretty safe bet he wouldn’t be the player he has become had he stayed in Toronto.

Longest win streak in 20 years. Nice way to get it, against the last two Cup champs.

And this is just Knies first full year. the kid.

Was chatting with a long time Hab follower on Friday. Said he's exactly the kind of piece his Habs need.

I saw most of Deslauriers punches falling short, hitting Rempe’s shoulder. Personally, I think Rempe kicked ass.
