Yeah it’s one of the things ive done since I got there is try to do more things in house and use less contractors. We save money, the guys make more money because they have more CCQ hours and the result is usually better quality and more practical

Actually, my puppy Lenny has been the best and has been the one that deserves credit for me losing 10-15 in the 6.5 months that he’s been alive. And he’s over 70lbs already.

But I spoil him and walk him about 5 times a day. Just because I live on a 10th floor and he’s an open space dog. Big but so very adaptable.

Best companions ever!

I agree with that approach 100%.

It’s smart business all-around. Being in safety, but growing up in the trades, I’ve found great alliance in the marrying of new tech(engineer the hazard out), provide in-house training and a new, modern and fun scope of work to energize a potential stagnant workforce.
