Habs will win this one but this is a game I would like to see them drop since both teams need a high draft pick and they are neck to neck in the standings.

Wishful thinking: 7-5 Yotes

Actual prediction 4-3 Habs

Nice out today.

Booked a meeting for myself first thing this AM and went for an hour bike ride.

Felt good.

Will likely regret it tomorrow, oh well....

I'm not much of a biker but in the spring/summer/fall we have bikes we can ride around the site instead of using golf karts and if this keeps up we put them out soon.

I use to run a lot, but my knees cannot deal with it anymore, so I took up biking. Still hurts, but they do not get as swollen or sore.

More than anything, just felt good to be out in the sun.

Same thing! Used to run alot couple of 5-10km but my iliotibial band keeps hurting when I run now. But I'm heavy so it's more stress on the knees.

Right now gym/soccer/pickleball works

And if he does, good for him! At this point I want them to play well, keep learning and growing. I don’t think that they will be in the top three picks, therefore fight till the end. I don’t like the idea of the “tanking” no pro likes losing! I want them to be proud, if Hughes plays his cards right we will have a competitive team and the future should be closer than further.

I like biking after work in the summer, and just go on a "no where" varies from 30 minutes to sometimes almost 2h depending how I feel

no destination, just see where it takes you

In the summer, it is usually to the ice cream shop, a good 4-5 clicks there and another 4-5 back.

it was a great deal, If I remember like 125$ for something I saw on the net new at 499$

the weight is normal cause the front wheel is full metal.

Again, its a spinning one for the basement, not one for outdoor

stationary bike. it's just a cheap one off amazon.

the instructions for putting it together were amazing in the type of information they lacked. you basically had to look at the parts and figure out how to put it together yourself

I got a new office chair a few weeks back, and I could not believe how perfect the instructions were, how everything was labelled perfectly (all parts had a sticker on it, each type of screw was individually sealed in its own packet with a letter on it).

Sure beats 99% of the stuff I have had to put together over the years.

I just finished assembling an all in one home gym, instruction manual was like 65 pages and should have been 100 pages. I had to call them 4 times to figure out a few things line the pulleys assembly.
