Judging by what the Flames got back for Tanev, I don’t see Montreal moving Savard this year, unless of course someone gets in panic mode at the last minute and decides to pay a king’s ransom aka a first-round pick.
Agreed, there is no rush in trading Savard.
He's more useful to us at this time than a 2nd or 3rd round pick we'd probably get for him.
