You'd have to think they'd get a 1st back in any trade for Lindholm (or an equivalent on top of Lysell). From what I've read Dubas doesn't really want picks, he wants young players to do a mini reset so they can still compete with Crosby. Picks won't make it in time.

I think when CJ posts something it has some truth to it but when Lebrun confirms to watch for it. That is pretty heavy smoke. But you are right, wait an see.

Then my early prediction of Canucks getting both Guentzel and Lindholm would be true . I just didn't mention they would trade one

There are a lot of interesting scenarios being thrown around, one thing I like is Allvin seems to be working outside the box. I personally would hate to see Podkolzin traded but if there is a chance at Crosby I'll volunteer to drive Podzs to the airport. Now if it is Guentzel as CJ reported then meh, Podzs can take an uber or lyft.

With Pettersson locked up, appears Filip Hronek is next on #Canucks list as GM Patrik Allvin and Hronek’s agent, Allan Walsh, were spotted meeting during practice today in LA.

Too early to handicap, but seems like today was a check-in on the process.

I have seen a few comments that Lindholm was an insurance policy if Petey didn't sign. He did sign so now they can move on.

Looks like Hronek is next. Expect an update soon. Lock up the two big fish.
