There's a lot of copium about Jake being a product of Sid. It's like you and many others have said, they help each other. It's not like Sid is still the top offensive center in the game anymore.

I think he will still be a good player away from Sid but was just pointing out that perception will bleed through if he doesn't light it up for the Canes.

Honestly this is on Sid, Letang and Geno. Not real impressed with how they are going about business. They are still getting payed a fvck ton of money to play a fun game for a living. The pouty faced BS needs to stop. Especially from Sid. If you’re upset go fight someone, or challenge the guys in your lineup to at least make the game uncomfortable for the other team. Someone take a run at Mcdavid. Show some pride.

I would usually agree with you here but the players need to send a message. Garbage GM, garbage coaching staff, so why not a garbage attitude and effort from the players to match? I don't want Dubas to have a crutch where he can say " the players still played hard for this coaching staff" ...

Fans should also show their dissatisfaction by not showing up.

There's rolling over and then there's rolling over. The way this team has laid down and died the past week is actually remarkable.

Lots of passengers. Lots of guys that shouldnt be wearing this jersey. Bench those guys and lets see if any of our young guys have a chance to make it in this league.
