McManimal can move up if anybody's (frank)ing the dog. Kampf settles that 88 line.
Eddie and Lilly with a bit of trouble last night ...although most of it was caused by the 34/88 line having such a poopty night. Brodie/McCabe and Rielly/Boosh were good.

Oh lord, Edmundson has no feet speed.
None at all. - Atomic Wedgie
He's not really needed for speed. Chara was a top d-man for years and was slow as (frank). But he could cross-check like no other and usually get away with it. Same old NHL, show me a "really good defensive team" and I'll show you a really dirty team that gets away with stuff.

At one point last night, he got turnstiled and fell down.
I’m guessing it wasn’t the last time we will see that happen.

100% - we're opening on the road in Flurda or Bawston. - The Law
Agree, and the Leafs will win. Hope it's Florida. Would do a happy dance if Bennett gets a cross-checked in the throat simultaneously by McCabe and Edmundson.

He's slow as (frank), I agree. If the Leafs play Florida in the first round and he lands a great defensive cross-check to the throat of Bennett it may make you smile just a little.

Sheldon Keefe on tonight's top line of Bertuzzi–Matthews–Nylander: "They weren't very good. They just individually weren't very good. It's a night where the group picked them up, so that's good."

Yeah, it's like they're all suffering from Marneritis: always hanging onto the puck looking for super high chance opportunities, and let the good chances slip away. - gravyface

Leafs are off until Thursday? That’s another long break. Atleast guys will get healthy from the flu and maybe some nagging injuries. - bryant
sure looks like they need it... a bunch of them have appeared to be considerably less than 100% for over a week.
heard through the grapevine that Edmundson got sick upon arrival... whatever the super scientist dietician is or isn't doing seems to be a mess - send them home for 2 full days...no rink, no team meetings - eat heavy protein based meals and clear your heads.
- I just read that the Leafs lost Lageson... through waivers claim. Does that mean that they have first priority picking the next players that go on waivers?
