I don't think Lagesson is anyone to be too worried about. Assuming Timmins comes back healthy, it would put a guy like Lagesson 9th on the team's defensive depth charts - now he'll be replaced in 9th by Lajoie - I guy who probably isn't as good, but it's so marginal that if you're relying on either of one of these guys in the playoffs, you're not going anywhere.

I imagine they’re going to try folks in different spots for a bit but Kampf likely won’t be 3C for long. When it all shakes out you could see Kampf, Dewar and one of Reaves, McMann, Holmberg on the 4th with JT or Domi in the middle of a 3rd line with Jarnkrok and someone not named Matthews, Marner or Nylander. Nickie will likely get a few games to show that he can be trusted. If not some time on the big club roster is worth a few bucks.
