I think Edstrom and Rempe are a lock for the bottom 6 next year. Not sure they’ll be ready for the 3rd line, bc Rempe Edstrom Cuylle could be a crazy line to play against but not sure they’re up to it yet.

With Vesey and JBrodz in the fold, gotta figure one of not both are in the lineup. However I do agree a 4th line of... Cuylle, Edstrom, Rempe would be board breaking.

This would also leave a very appropriate 3rd line LW spot open for Othmann to jump into. I am, however, a big Cuylle fan, I think theres a lot more potential there than just hitting. As Ive said before, I think hes got Lawson Crouse type all over him.

There should be a Rempe tshirt, with him, bruised face and all, climbing the Empire State Building like King Kong.

No, we need a Rempe version of this old skateboarding sticker (north Jersey people should remember seeing this all over in the 2000s)

I think Cuylle has shown he’s much more than a 4th line guy. No way he ends up there next year.

Man. If the Devils had been what we expected this would have been a brutal back to back.

Still ain’t fun either way.

Saw something from Friedman that the NHL is going to address how the league uses LTIR in the next CBA.

The fix is really simple. 10% cap overage in playoffs universally for the league. Thats it.

I still don’t understand why there’s any overage allowed at all

How about 5% or less? That is way too much.

Leafs have muzzin, Murray, klingberg, timmins

But I’m sure Vegas will be playing the highest cap hit worth of players whereas the leafs probably don’t play/dress Murray or klingberg

Hey rangers fans, quick question: how's zac Jones looking this year? Does he have some potential or does he look to likely be a bottom pairing d man at best?

Thanks for any info. I dont watch the rangers enough so I'm curious

He's got above average offensive skill. He still figuring out/below average defensively.

Many teams are over the cap. Get rid of the cap. Problem solved.
