The shamrock looks like a poopty cartoon or sticker. I much prefer the previous white ones but my favorite St Pats jerseys are the green ones from the Sundin / Roberts / Tucker era.

I can’t figure out why they didn’t go to green based jerseys - I think more people who have a white one already would buy a new green one than another white one that looks a lot like the old white ones but it is what it is.

I enjoyed him for a minute. Thought he was going to be a fun player.

We actually have prospects? You can tell it's a Dubas draft. Midgets and forgettable picks. If we're lucky, one might come out of that class.....maybe Niemela in another 3 years. He'll be another Sandin or Liljegren and be shipped out after a looksee at the NHL level.

I read somewhere the Leafs are opposed to the Leaf logo with any green because it looks too “pot like” 🙄.

Your suggestion would have not caused that issue.

There are so many concept jerseys for St Pats that would have been better but I guess the marketing folks at MLSE decided what they went with was the best option.

They could have just reversed the last white St Pats jersey colours and it would have looked better than the new one IMO.
