Get the (frank) out of town! You design fishing lures?!

I mean, do they even need more colours in fishing tackle? There's like a zillion different colours for everything.

How about Blue Flow

Blue Floater

Blue Style

- Zezel

I could even do this…
You win I call the colour, Zezzie.
Triple A wins. I’ll call it Arctic Aardvark.

Anyone else read this in the voice of the Hulkster?

Well you know Mean Gene / Brother,

Just make sure to Say your prayers, eat your vitamins and wear your Leafs PJ’s.

What ‘cha gunna do when the power of the blue Koolaid runs over you?

I'm more of a Macho Man fan.

Comparatively speaking to the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Bruins are just a grain of sand in the Sahara Desert.

AND THE LEAFS ARE THE ENTIRE DESERT

Lol that's awesome, but not very fishy. Although what's fishy about green pumpkin flake or watermelon or the other zillion colours of plastic worm you can buy.

It would be interesting to see how many success stories like that have happened in the NHL. Non-injury related career restoration during a season.

Maybe Kuznetsov if he plays well in Carolina?

If Willy was a lure though he'd be a jig with a skirt and flowing trailer. That lure would bag more fish than a Marner lure though which would be gimmicky, flashy thing that gets stuck in a tree at the worst time.

Leafs played well last night. A more gritty game and less drop passes and turnovers in the neutral zone. Of course, it was just the Flyers, but you don't critique a win.

Most of the people here are writing this season off. Many say that the Leafs don't have a chance against Boston and Florida. Sure, the Leafs are an underdog, but they have enough firepower and the goaltending is solid. The defense is a work in progress, but if they get on a run, to start the playoffs, all bets are off.

The West is where the action is this year. However, the team coming out of the West might be beaten up, playing long series and possibly injuries effecting their efficiencies.

The East seems to only have 5 contenders. Rangers, Carolina, Florida, Boston and Toronto. Of course one of Boston and Toronto will eliminate one of these two and the Rangers, Panthers and Hurricanes should breeze through to the second round. After that, the real playoffs in the East will start. You just have to get to that second round to have a chance to play for the Cup. It's an easier task in the East, compared to the West. So don't give up hope that the Leafs can't get there. Every team has it's strength's and weaknesses. There is no true powerhouse in the East. Florida looks great, but they played into the finals last year and may run out of gas, as the playoff intensity gets ramped up. It should be a great, intense playoffs this year.

Don't remember ever seeing three players with broken sticks like that last night. Good thing the Maple Leafs took advantage and shot the puck into the net.

That was one of the craziest things I've ever seen in a hockey game.

Although I think one of them wasn't broken - just dropped.
