I guess it comes down to whether the Avs knew about the injury. I presume they didn’t deliberately act in bad faith.

Since the Flyers confirmed that there is some type of injury resulting in rehab, just place the man on IR and call someone up. It doesn’t make sense to me how the Flyers are handling his injury and the roster. Can Ginning or Andrea be any worse than Staal and Johnson? Let a kid play and see what they have.
