When Kreider is on the ice, the Rangers have had 868 shot attempts against at 5 on 5. 883 shot attempts for.

Zibanejad: 875 against, 834 for. There is clearly something off in his game. Roslovic has helped. Hopefully that continues.

ultimately, I think what it all comes down to...

there are so many stats these days that if you don't like a player, you can find something to spin it negative out there, and vice versa

Yes? But as a line he's not even the best defender on the line.

Nobody here dislikes Zibanejad. He's been a great Ranger. He's also not playing well this year for the most part. All of that can be and is true.

I have no proof of this and i have implied it on the board here before; I think he weighs at least 15 lbs more than in past Ranger seasons. Just my theory

Nobody is rooting against Zib, I think people, like myself, are frustrated because he has been a great player and if he doesn't turn it around Rangers are gonna have a real tough time in the playoffs
