You said everything that needed to be said at Keefe has culpability here. If he can't have the right personnel making the right decisions, he's not the guy to lead the bench, is he. If he can't assess that it's a problem and step in where he needs to step in, that's a problem.

Being in charge of a staff is knowing when to lead and when to defer. You don't get to be in that spot and go "well that guy made a bad decision", you're the one who let him make the decision.

I don't think _any_ of them should be kept. I loathe Boucher and Van Ryn both and stand by my feeling that Keefe isn't a coach who is going to get it done. His system has too many flaws.
