On the game, the Flyers are playing way too passively defensively in my opinion. Giving the Canes way too much time in the offensive zone. Only a matter of time that there is a coverage breakdown, a deflection or a bad bounce.

Agree on the Keenan thing - first thing that crossed my mind when it happened.
Everyone's entitled to their opinion - Im not on the ice, in the locker room, behind closed doors, etc so I have no facts to fan the flames. In my opinion, the team is run by those who are better informed about their players than me

My "theory" is that with a depleted defense corp and a team who has overachieved well past the "experts" pre season prediction need some sort of fuel to keep pushing. Alot of young guys are getting some unexpected experience this season and as with any type of competition, each and every one needs to continually raise the bar each day and if the Captain of the team can be sat any one can

I dont get involvced with the "Real Housewives" banter that goes on here and personally couldnt less about the "conspiracy" theories, the hurt feelings etc. There;s a long road ahead and as I said before, these young guys are getting in some unexpected and unplanned experience during the rebuild

I’m not sure the persons being around the team makes him more credible. It’s simply Bills opinion. Your sources opinion…my opinion for that matter. I think Torts has done some good things this year. I give him a ton of credit for this teams play this year…But like a lot of people I think he’s wrong with his situation.

team has played well under him with no elite talent. he's won plenty of games. 14 coaches in the history of the NHL have won the cup twice. he can only coach what he's given.

do i agree with everything he does? no but i'm not out on a ledge somewhere over the excruciating minutiae of every single decision this team makes.
