I have no (frank)ing clue, but this sounds plausible.

hearing tests, every year?

jebus, how deaf is everyone down there...?

maybe it has to do with the living conditions in those Chicago barns.

I only remember getting an eye test when I was a kid, I don't think I've ever done any hearing tests...

I just find it odd that you would do it every year. unless you're working in a very noisy environment where the decibels are through the roof and could damage your hearing, I don't see the point.

we had them too. it was just something you did once a year at school. like the physical fitness tests or whatever. and then one year they called our house after one and i had to go get a bunch of tests and it ended up i had nerve damage in one ear.

america! we can't hear you!

huh. I guess you had an eye test at the same time as well?

also, what exactly caused the nerve damage, was it due to having too many hearing tests..?

we never knew what caused it. i got a concussion (we had this idea where we could get three people on one bicycle). it could have been that apparently.

oh yes, we had eye tests too. (the big letter is an E!)

I didn't watch the game all that closely but for the most part it didn't seem like Allen was to blame... he's been doing rather well so far in NJ.

yeah, that looked like some sort of weird panic move, initially Martin was just supposed to help out DJ Smith but I guess they really didn't want Smith in the picture anymore.

also I think Alfredsson was (and still is..?) behind the bench too, it sure doesn't seem like he has the same kind of impact there as he had as a player.
