a year and a half.

i drive by 2 construction sites on my way home from work. an entire house is up and ready for siding and that took about a month and a half. the other one is people ripping off the top of their house and rebuilding it (like, more than just the roof, which has been pretty crazy to watch) and that one is almost done after about 3 weeks so far.

but if you have a fire and voorhees township gets involved with their permits and inspections, they will make sure there are enough delays to put you out for a good long time.
