Oh man I feel you.

My wife suffers from terrible ones - has since she was a kid (when she used to try and pull her hair out).

It’s insanely bad and you feel useless as the person “trying to help”. I always ask what I can do and the reply is “cut off my head”.

🤮 ing, needs total silence and dark and even then can’t keep Advil down.

I bought her an “ice cap” which is a neoprene helmet looking thing that fits 4 ice packs designed for it and it seems to help.

Oddly enough she can keep down Burger King - specifically the Whopper. It scare me to know why.

I would suggest trying the ice cap though.
