Throw away the 1st period and get half the puck luck the Canes did tonight and the Leafs get at least a point.

If that’s what the rested Canes vs the tired Leafs after a barn burner on the back half of a back to back is like I don’t see the Canes going deep.

Actually, I think that was a tougher shot that some angle raises and doubles that people think are incredible.

Boston has 15 overtime losses. Damn that's a lot. I don't think they get past round 1 this year. Just don't have that instinct to kill this year.

Woll sure put in a clinic tonight. But I agree, Sammy really seems dialed in and with a killer instinct.

He's my choice to start the playoffs.

It would be nice to have Marner on the 2nd line with JT. Get his scoring back up again. He's dishing really well, but a few more snipes would be sweet.

How does that look with Nylander on the 3rd line though?
