Isles have a back to back tomorrow night against the Blackhawks. If I had to guess, I'd say Roy is saving Sorokin for that game which should be less intense, and could be a confidence builder for Sorokin.

Not overly shocked by it. Sorokin hasn’t exactly been incredible. If they win tonight unless Varlamov shows some great, game saving stuff I bet he throws in a motivated Sorokin next game.
