Miller and trouba just hasn’t worked for 3 years now. Trouba was brought here for the PP not play this shut down dman role. He’s not good there. He’s good on the PK. Limit his minutes but they won’t bc of the contract and C. That’s the reality

Tough game last night. Move on of focus on regrouping tomorrow against NJD. I think Rempe would have helped in providing some much needed energy last night. Have to think he will be in the lineup tomorrow. Especially considering how the last game between them went.

I don't think Trouba is 100% healthy and it seems to be affecting his game. I'm sure he wants to get reps in before the playoffs so hopefully he can shake this rust off and be ready to go when its time. He surely hasn't looked great these past two games

I agree he might not be healthy but these mistakes have happened since being traded here. His best year was that last one on the Jets. Just has never been that player here. Give me cernak or guidas for that type of money to play the role trouba is being forced into. They thought he would replace McD type play. Not even close.

I just don't understand the unlimited leash Lavi is letting out like he's on a deep sea fishing expedition!! It'd be one thing if we had no options, but look at how well Miller and Schneider were just playing together!!!!!! It's almost unforgivable to leave those two together for 3 goals given that fact.

I think that’s a bit harsh. Trouba gets a lot of shyt because of his contract but the guy logs a tremendous amount of minutes and is always goes up against the opposing teams best offensive line. The dude has been out for like a month. Let’s give him some time to get acclimated. It’s really easy to say put Miller and Schneider back together because of how well they were playing. To note Trouba was playing very well before he went down with an injury. The Rangers aren’t winning the cup without Trouba being on his A game. I personally think he is a rock defensively and reliable. The last 2 games he hasn’t and has been a liability. He knows he needs to work out the kinks. Give it some time boys. We had a stinker last night and it happens. Colorado lost to Columbus last night.

Every coach has done this with that pair. If he didn’t have the C or was being paid $8m this problem would probably be gone tbh. Political game comes into play imo. Optics matter with this
