This series comes down to depth, period.
Goalies: Call it a push.
Defense: Top End is a push, with the slight depth through D7 to the Canucks.
Forwards: This is where the big difference lies.
L1: Once again, call it a push with both teams having firepower, grit and skill.
But L2 thru L4... The Canucks should dominate the line matchups. If Petey can elevate his game, SHOOT THE PUCK, and stay upright, Nashville has nothing to counter this line. And L3 with Lindholm centering Dak and SP Elf, the Preds cant match this either. Blugey as L4 C shows the depth this team has up the middle.
Match the Preds intensity, and limit their top line, and really, this should be a straight up win for the Canucks in 5 games.

I think special teams will make or break the series.

Hey Carse good to see ya man.

It 'should' be Nucks in 5 but with the lack of PO experience on this club there will be some curves along the way. Demko needs to be super sharp vs NSH top line. 200' Hockey is the key to rolling all 4 lines I'm sure Tocchet has a game plan. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Love watching playoff hockey at decent hours. What a time to be a Canucks’ fan too.

The Canucks not fearing the Preds is not disrespect but belief in their game. Just play them the way RT wants. Do that and they will win this series.

Ya, like the players say... you just want the puck to drop so you can shake it off.

I think they can make it to the WCF but I think the magic ends there. As Bieksa said just enjoy the ride.

Best way for Canucks to shake it off is score first. Getting the first goal so key in playoff games.

I'm just looking at one series at a time... They are more than capable of handling this team if they play to all their strengths. Nashville isn't going to just hand it over though. A physical price will be paid to get through this round. With that being said, Nashville is capable of beating everyone as well.
