Have to say Gru has really stepped up. 886 or so is now .918 in the post season.

Seattle has done a good job making short quick passes and a lot of shot blocking too. Avs have had a real big problem with Seattle relentless aggressive forecheck taking away time and space.

Need to get it done here tonight. Stick to the game plan and just get all four lines grinding away. Avs are NOT the same team and not healthy. Pundits can say what they want, but Kraken have been a thorn even regular season for the Avs. Not a surprise its been a war of a series.


McCann is concussed. Not going to expect him back anytime soon. Funny thing is we are doing this with two of our top line out in McCann and Burakovsky too!

Kartye was a beauty though. Glad his parents were able to get there too, literally arrived as game started!!

Firkus circus has signed the entry level contract so another prospect talent is locked up and added too, which is great.

Lots of close series this year. If the Kraken are hanging with an elite team like the Avs, then they aren't too far off. They just need to master the use of LTIR to circumvent the cap like the last 3 Cup champs have.

I picked both the Avs and Bruins to get through. I think the Bruins are a bit more of a shocker just based on the colossal season they had. Both series have been fun to watch. The speed of Seattle has been surprising.

I don't think the Bruins were prepared for how physical the Panthers are playing. Ullmark hasn't been the same since trying to fight Tkachuk. Another surprise, watching Tkachuk take charge of that series. He and Bennett are all over them.

Im more sirprised by Florida and think they may well bring the upset. I figured it was going to be a tight battle with Seattle and Colorado

Now they need to get it done and finish them. No Cogliano either so another out of the lineup and hurting their depth.
